🔥 Magnum 42 Fireplace Notes

  • Firebox: 48¾"W×28"D×69⅜"H external; opening 41"W×38"H; interior depth 25¼" — rests on concrete slab, no combustible underpinnings
  • Hearth extension: min 20" front & 12" sides beyond finished opening (non-combustible)
  • Flue outlet: 13⅝" round — vents via Isokern DM chimney (max 57'); 4" combustion-air inlet recommended
  • Weight ~1,420 lbs (pumice components) — lightweight volcanic-aggregate modular masonry
  • Clearances: sides & rear 1.5"; front & Isokern chimney 0"; 8" above opening; 14" mantle; 26" opening to sidewalls; 3" to insulation
  • 8" min gap to adjacent appliances on both sides

⚡ Utilities

  • Gas: Teppanyaki griddle, Napoleon, Turbo Grill, Fireplace (if gas logs)
