🔥 SA-48 Fireplace Notes

  • Baseplate: 33"×58" — requires reinforced footer / concrete pad
  • Hearth extension: 11"×5"×64" (front hearth projects toward cook)
  • Flue/chimney: 22 sq.in. — requires Throat-to-Flue adapter
  • Chimney height: 16'+ above floor; 2" clearance around flue
  • Minimum clearance to combustibles: 48" overhead
  • 8" min gap to adjacent appliances on both sides

⚡ Utilities

  • Gas: Teppanyaki griddle, Napoleon, Turbo Grill, Fireplace (if gas logs)
  • Electric: Turbo Grill (rotisserie) & Turbo 32" Teppanyaki — 1×110V GFCI each
  • Drain: Teppanyaki griddle grease trough — plan grease routing
  • BGE: Charcoal only — no utilities; ash-clean access below
  • Size gas manifold for simultaneous operation of all gas appliances

  • Far-right cabinet: 31" two-drawer (bottom door removed → brick recess below)
  • Turbo 32" Teppanyaki: 30½"×20" cut-out, 9½" drop; rim flush on countertop; 8" gap from Napoleon
  • All surfaces near fireplace: non-combustible (concrete, tile, stone)
  • BGE XL: not included in this layout
